What is happening in WNC is devastating, our treehouse was in the middle of it, we have friends and neighbors there affected. And this is beyond serious. Please help!!!!!
I will update this list and I find credible sources!
Right now search and rescue and supplies are the most urgent!
People have been in the woods trapped for 8 days now and amazingly some still alive. They need rescued or brought supplies and these non-profit organizations are doing that!

The Ten Acre Garden is our dear friends right down the road and they lost their entire crop to the river beside them and are trying to rebuild and replant, but are still surving the community around them food! Please donate to them!
Frog Level Brewing Company got completely flooded during the storm but quickly cleaned up best they could to serve the locals daily, but they need donations to rebuild!
is selling photo prints of amazing photos she has taken of the mountains and donating all proceeds to help survivors!
If you know someone displaced from the storm, a first responder, or a volunteer needing a place to stay, our treehouse rental sleeps 3 and is dog friendly and has vacancy in Canton, NC near Asheville, and we have a farm stay sleeps 5, near Charleston, SC as well!

If anyone is looking for a place to stay who is displaced from the hurricane, is looking to volunteer to help, or a first responder, our treehouse has vacancy. It sleeps 3 and is dog friendly. It’s located in Haywood county in Canton and is 20 minutes from Asheville. All roads to it are open. Please message me!
You can book us directly as always at www.flowertowncharmoffgrid.com but we are booking survivors and volunteers at different lower rates so please message me first! Or even go through Airbnb.org which also helps disaster survivors, we are also on there!
If you are trying to evacuate we are also helping folks here at our Summerville, SC location at our farm stay with guest rooms in our home.

We are Jenna & Chris Pelayo, and we are from Hawaii, but moved to the South in 2015 to start our dream of owning and fixing up a historic home with a mini farm. We have brought that dream to life and have also started our blog, furniture painting, Airbnb, goat milk soap & soy candle line, and the latest addition, goat yoga!
