Some believe that the activity of January 1st will be the reflection of the whole year… Well, I had an awesome ride Naples-Fort Meyers-Alva-LaBelle-Immokalee-Ave Maria-Corkscrew Swamp-Naples. I met up with my buddy Rick Meyer and had breakfast before riding together to LaBelle.
I wish you a Happy New Year. And, I wish myself many 80 degrees rides in 2025 🏍️😎🌴

and I had a great Thanksgiving 2024 visiting in St. Kitts 🇰🇳. Our days were spent discovering the island while Clara was studying for finals next week ❤️🖤🤍💚. We met amazing kind people, saw breathtaking views, and had great island food. The perfect escape from freezing NJ.

The movement of the new “Legacy Rattrapante” has been exclusively developed by to replicate the dial layout of the original pocket-watch chronograph produced in the early 1900s. The raison d’être of the split-seconds chronograph is to simultaneously measure intermediate times, a function particularly sought-after in the dynamic world of sports. Master watchmaker Edouard Koehn (1839 to 1908) was recognised for his mastery of this high complication.

Enameling consists of applying the meticulously prepared enamel powder onto the dial’s base plate and fusing the two together by cooking them at 840 degrees Centigrade / 1,544 degrees Fahrenheit. The intense heat is due to the high melting point of the enamels and this is why this type of enameling is referred to as grand feu.

It’s a big day today. One that makes me happy and sad at the same time. My Clara is starting her journey to becoming a vet - her true calling in life. She always cared for animals and their humans. I will miss her so terribly from home but will be so proud that she is pursuing her passion in life.
