Mamas and babies enjoying a relaxing morning out . It’s the best morning in a very long long time : no gnats or mosquitoes!!! Everyone was glad for extended recess time, but when the “ bell rang” they were ready to come in!!!

David Hampton planted douglas fir and larch trees in a forest in Oregon to resemble a face. Every autumn the larch pines turn orange and the smiley face stands out.
The face is about 300 feet in diameter
