Two stalls available immediately. Rate is $530/month. Rate guaranteed for remainder of 2024.
12’x12’ rubber matted stall, Tribute feed (any formula) twice a day. Tifton-85 hay free choice in hay huts and in stall. Stall cleaning one time daily. Arena with jumps, round pen, trails, wash rack, tack room, and trailer parking all included. Private or small group turnout 10 hours a day. Blanketing in winter and fly masks/spray in summer. Supplements and other hay fed at owner’s expense. Group farrier and vet visits (Tommy Newman/SC Equine) handled by barn manager. Discounts available for co-op help/military/first responders.
