Do you go to sleep with guided Reiki or sleep/healing meditations? It is difficult when using earbuds, especially if you are a side sleeper. And listening to something away from your head just doesn't have the same immersive effect. The cord to my phone or tablet is annoying, too. But - I have discovered Bluetooth sleep headbands. I tried one last night and fell asleep to a very relaxing sleep meditation and it was wonderful. I could actually lay on my side while listening with no ear discomfort and no cord to get tangled with.

I usually wake up when I turn over so at that point I just pulled it off. It was so comfortable.

They can range in price from about $20 to $150. Mine was a cheap one, but I was just testing it, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I'll work my way up to a better one, though. Some even cover your eyes as a sleep mask. I can't wait to go to sleep tonight to use it again.

Does Reiki work? Reiki practitioners know it does. People that have real physical and spiritual changes with Reiki know that it does. But, it is energy. How do you prove energy? We can't see radio waves, or TV waves, cell phone waves, or wi-fi - but we know it works. Now there is SCIENTIFIC PROOF of Reiki.
