Dear clients,
We are currently experiencing an internet outage at the clinic. We are still open for business and seeing patients, but we are presently unable to access email and some laboratory reports may be delayed. We will update once the outage is over. If you have questions or need to schedule, please call the clinic rather than using email or the PetDesk app for now.

Capital City vet clinic will have a delay in opening tomorrow Friday November 4th, 2022. Due to construction next door our power will be turned off for a few short hours in the morning. Our office hours will be 12pm -9pm. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Capital City Veterinary Clinic is converting to hybrid appointments as of the second week of June! We are scheduling urgent care and healthy pet appointments within ~24-48 hours. Please call to make an appointment for your pet.

Have health concerns for your pet? You have options! Coming inside the building: Clients with health concerns for their pet will have the option to come inside for their appointment. Only two masked, adult owners may come inside for a pet’s appointment. If you do not have a mask with you, one can be provided for you.

Waiting in your vehicle (curbside service): Clients can opt to stay in their vehicle for their appointment. We will be in contact with you by phone.

Don’t have any health concerns for your pet? We will ask owners to stay in their car for the duration of your pet’s appointment. You will still have the option to speak with the doctor by phone, if desired.

Coming in for a technician appointment and not seeing the doctor? We will continue curbside service for these appointments, due to not needing a doctor for your patient’s visit.
Due to the influx of phone calls with this new system, there may be an unexpected wait or hold on the phone to speak with an individual from our reception team. Please be patient with our staff as we get used to this hybrid system.
