💔 Tough News for This Handsome Boy 💔

This morning, we had to break the news to this sweet, handsome boy that his much-anticipated Monday afternoon pickup — the one that was supposed to start his new life in a foster-to-adopt home — has sadly fallen through.

It was through no fault of his own. His potential adopters, after giving it thoughtful consideration, realized that in their retired stage of life, they may not be the right match for his energy and needs.

While it’s a disappointing setback, we know the right home is still out there — one ready to welcome this loving pup with open arms and the time and care he deserves.

He’s ready. He’s waiting. And he’s still full of hope. Let’s help him find his true forever. 🐾💛

From the moment he realized he was going home, Calvert made it clear who was in charge — he jumped right into the driver’s seat and never looked back! 🚗🐶

🐾 Hey there, it’s me, Milo. 🐾

I was feeling a little down today. Everyone here at the rescue was saying, “Why are you still here, Milo?” — and honestly, I was wondering the same thing. 😔

I’ve worked really hard to be my best self. I shed those extra pounds, and now I’m slim, trim, and full of energy! I’m playful, friendly, and I love my walks — and guess what? I walk like a total gentleman on the leash. 🚶‍♂️🐕

I get along with everyone I meet, both people and my canine buddies. I’m only 3 years and 7 months old, with so much love and life to give.

So… do me a favor? 💛
Come meet me. Give me the loving home I once knew. I promise I’ll be the best boy — loyal, sweet, and always ready to snuggle. I just need someone to give me that second chance.
