Another "Neighborhood Favorite" 🥳🥇
We've had some hiccups, but they've only shown us ways to improve. Grooming is back, our hotel is still (slowly) being redone for cleaner and safer overnight rooms, and our renovated playrooms have already done wonders for the safety of our smaller day care guests.
These stickers are always humbling and a constant reminder for us strive to provide the best care we can.
Thank you Sunnyvale and our neighboring communities in trusting us with the care of your pets. It's an honor and a privilege.

We are now accepting grooms for Saturday 10/19 and every Saturday after that, until there's a demand for more days. During this time we will be offering discounted grooms while Olivia is still learning and practicing.

We have limited spots available for 50% off grooms every Saturday until further notice.

This deal won't last long.

Exciting News!! 🗞️
We will be offering full GROOMING services again around April of 2025. Our kennel tech Olivia will be shipped off to grooming boot camp early next year for 12 weeks of school and will be our full time groomer around April of next year. ✂️

We are very excited to offer this service again soon, and this will allow us to be a "one stop shop" again to further help prevent the spread of diseases from "shop hopping"

Spent the morning helping our friends at our local Sunnyvale Animal Shelter. 🐕
Bathed a handful of their dogs to get them cleaned up and ready for adoption!!
Clay is an absolute sweetheart but those puppies may need a second bath!! 🙊

We're asking our Day Care guests to stay home if possible until Monday at least. So we can focus on our few overnight guests and clean, clean, clean. 🧽🪣

We got a bit more work done so I thought I’d share some updates and our future plans as well.

We have a new “senior room” for our very small and fragile Day Care guests that are still at a risk even in our Small Group / Small Playroom.
Lot of new puppies recently and we needed to adapt to keep everyone safe.

We also finally settled on our new overnight rooms. We’re very happy with the product Gator Kennels provided us and we’ll be slowly but surely replacing our old overnight rooms with these new ones. Which are much easier to clean, have better storage, and are larger!! The doors being half solid and half glass will help with “hallway fighting” and “kennel aggression”

Upgrades all around for our overnight guests.
