🐾️ Attention pet owners! As the temperatures drop, it's important to keep our furry friends safe and warm. Here are a few tips to remember during this chilly season:

🔹 Limit outdoor time for your pets, especially small or short-haired breeds.
🔹 Ensure they're wearing warm sweaters or jackets if they need to go outside.
🔹 Never leave pets in a cold car – it can be dangerously cold even for a short time.
🔹 Provide a cozy, warm place for them to curl up inside.

We are happy to announce the winner of this year's staff pumpkin decorating contest! Congratulations to our CSR Jessica on winning 1st place! All of our staff did an amazing job and we loved seeing their creativity! Thank you to everyone that voted, we can't wait to do it again next year!

Introducing Miss DIXIE. This pretty Doodle pup has got all the energy and playfulness that you would expect with an 8 month old! She's active and hoppy, (happy too!) and is ready for a family who will offer her training and guidance and oodles and doodles of love! She enjoys other dogs, so if your pup has been begging for a sibling, DIXIE might be the Doodle for you! You can meet Miss DIXIE at the BCSAPS shelter Mon-Fri 10-5 and Sat 10-2.

Introducing TIM! This itty bitty 8 month old Chihuahua type tyke is loved by all. If little pups with big hearts are your vibe (join a very big club!), then you've really got to stop by and meet TIM, the little guy with the little name and the big personality.
BCSPAS is open for adoptions Mon-Fri 10-5 and Sat 10-2.
