Our customized cleaning services are available weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed. Moreover, our specialized services include vacation rental cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out , property maintenance, and handyman solutions, solidifying our position as a comprehensive, single-source provider for home cleaning and maintenance.

Our company takes pride in meticulously managing our properties with attention to detail, treating them as our own valuable investments. We provide a local presence on behalf of our non-local clientele. Our maintenance technician is on call to handle emergencies 7 days a week.

It seems like the new thing with cleaning companies is to say they perform "minor repairs" . Don't be fooled into thinking you are getting a full service company !! We received a text in the middle of the night that a pipe burst at one of our properties and the guests had to shut the water off . We came out , accessed and fixed the leak , also found and fixed a dryer vent that wasn't venting to the outside . We repaired a shelf that was falling off the wall and will clean the property tomorrow for the next guests . Ask your company if they will do that , if not give us a try !!

One of our clients had a deck that was in pretty bad shape . Upon inspection we found that all the joists were completely rotted out . We removed the entire old deck and built a beautiful new 12' x 16' deck for families to enjoy for many years to come .
