Dr. Paquin’s 18 years of small-animal experience put him on a quest to find a location where he could build a hospital for a community that deserves the level of trust, care and experience he and his staff provide. After researching many areas all around town, he finally found the perfect spot! The Shops of Surprise is the new home fo
