ONYX UPDATE: Thank you all so much for your generous donations towards treating Onyx's eye! He's improved so much! We do expect him to make a full recovery. Unfortunately we have exhausted the funds that we have collected to date. We wish to extend his treatments until he's healed and are expanding our crowdfunding efforts due to this.
We have set up an official crowd funding campaign through Waggle so that we may continue to treat Onyx's eye twice a day until it's looking as clear and beautiful as the other one! For those seeing Onyx's case for the first time, his owner tried so hard to medicate his eye herself for months but given dexterity and mobility limitations was unsuccessful. If you've ever had to put drops in a cat's eye, you know how difficult it can be under the best of circumstances. Onyx has eosinophilic keratitis -- an allergic condition of the eye that should resolve fully with eye drops. Your help means the world to them both. With your help, we will make sure his owner gets help medicating Onyx's eye multiple times a day until he's healed.
