We have been having a lot of last minute cancellations or complete no shows. We are full time Animal Groomers, we do this for a living if you no show or cancel last minute that’s money coming out of our pocket. If you let us know ahead of time we can fill your spot. Due to this we are putting in place that if you no show or cancel frequently then we are going to ask you to pay a $15 deposit on your grooming visit per dog. This deposit will go towards your dogs groom and is non refundable.
