Fieldtrip to the water park with Nova, Lotor, and Kai!
Having a well trained dog gives them the freedom to enjoy environments such as this without you having to worry if you can get your dog back or if they’ll behave! It also helps with socialization and it gives them more opportunities to have safe fun that they wouldn’t otherwise be able to enjoy.

Cooper bear went on field trip today ! We went to craft stores. During to the heat we did not venture beyond stores but he still had a lot of fun! We shared a turkey sandwich 😉 he is a very well behaved baby!

Kai has always been afraid of the wheelbarrow for some reason so instead of avoiding it, I’ve been making her get used to it by jumping on it, placing on it, and even walk behind it as it moves. With some guidance, commands and inconsistency she has managed to get past that fear. You may ask yourself what’s the point of her getting used to a wheelbarrow? Great question.! It really has nothing to do with the wheelbarrow and more to do with her gaining confidence and learning how to approach things that she’s afraid of. Gaining confidence and learning to not be afraid of new objects makes a huge difference in the way your dog reacts to specific situations that they may otherwise be afraid of. So no matter how insignificant it may seem, it makes a huge difference in the grand scheme of things !! A confident puppy is a happy puppy.
