Manners are a must!
Teach your dog to NOT grab things from your hand unless you give them permission to do so! This avoids them eating things they shouldn’t among other things! Here Kai is demonstrating her manners by only taking the food when I tell her to, otherwise she ignores it even if its right in front of her mouth 😊

Khaleesi! She is a very sweet but scared of the world baby!
Khaleesi is a Doberman puppy that found herself at the shelter when her and her siblings were dumped there. Fortunately, a friend of mine took her in and has been working her diligently in socialization. She is now with me so we can teach her some manners, teach her how to properly behave in a home environment, but most importantly build up her confidence. She is scared of everything and not to mention a little stubborn (comes with the breed), she is even scared of Kai so we are having her hang out with as many dogs as possible in an appropriate manner to help her understand she doesn’t have to be afraid.
Here’s her first walk around the neighborhood, while she heels she shows a lot of swivel head, lots of nervous energy, and she doesn’t quite know how to control that impulse. My goal is to quickly get her into an e-collar so we can start working on socialization, confidence building, and impulse control
