🌮 Tacos and Tequilas Food Truck at the pool → 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (menu below!)
🎶 Greg Erwin Band performing LIVE on the pool deck → 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Monday, September 1st

🎧 Morningview’s very own DJ Chris Cottengim spinning poolside → starting at 1:00 PM
🍹 Pack your cooler, bring something for the grill, and come ready to relax!

Weather Note: We’re expecting cooler temps this weekend. If it’s too chilly to swim, grab a chair and enjoy the music poolside in your street clothes. Swimwear is only required if you plan to swim! We are watching the weather closely and are aware of the chance of rain. All weather related updates this weekend will be posted and kept updated on our official page!

Thanks to everyone who came out to party at the pool on July 4th! 💦 Our fabulous lifeguard team pulled a DOUBLE shift — total ROCKSTARS!

🎤 THANK YOU to our fabulous DJ, Chris Cottengim, for keeping the party going all afternoon!

🤩 A big shoutout to our Hostess with the Mostess, Anneka Hitch, who kept the crowd entertained with games and prizes for both kids and adults!

🌭 Thank you to Simon’s Smoken BBQ for keeping us well fed and happy!

🏆 Finally, congrats to all of our game contestants and winners. 🥳 What a great day!!

MorningView Residents- have you picked up your 2025 pool tags yet? Pool tags can be picked up at the pool from the lifeguards this weekend (Saturday May 10th and Sunday May 11th) between 12-8. You must have your ID with you to pick up your tags! 😊

Morningview’s Easter Celebration is Back — and Bigger Than Ever!

Get ready, Morningview!
Our Annual Easter Celebration is happening Saturday, April 19th from 10:00AM to 2 PM at the Clubhouse, and this year it’s going to be our best one yet!

Thanks to the overwhelmingly amazing turnout last year, we’ve made some exciting changes to bring even more fun and smiles to the community!

We’ll have over 8,000 eggs this year—every child will leave with eggs, candy, toys, and a big smile!

Here’s what’s NEW and EXCITING this year for MorningView residents and their guests only:

• 🐰 Children PRE SCHOOL and under will hunt for pre-filled eggs—NO LINES, just pure joy for the littlest bunnies!

• 🍭 We’ve added not one, not two, but three Candy Exchange Stations to keep things flowing and fun!

• 📸 Say Hello to HOPPY the Easter Bunny! He’ll be around for photos with kids and families.

• — Bouncy house snd GIANT Inflatable obstacle course for even more fun!

• — Enjoy yard games perfect for kids of all ages.

• 🎨 Kids will get to decorate their own eggs before the EGG race, making them egg-stra fantastic and totally unique!

• 🍧 We’ll be serving food, and refreshing snow cones, which are naturally gluten-free, soy-free, and wheat-free—a sweet treat everyone can enjoy!

Be sure to bring your Easter baskets and picnic blankets—there will be plenty of food, music, games, and good times with neighbors.

Don’t forget to register your children for the Egg Race—they’ll receive a FREE gift while supplies last!
