Hello Neighbors!! The Miller boys are having their lemonade stand again this Sunday, September 29th. We will be at the intersection of Ridge Dr. and Summit Gate Dr. in MorningView neighborhood at 12:00. Everyone asks how much the lemonade is. It is always FREE! We just ask for donations. With your donations we work with the Rally Foundation to buy LEGOs and deliver them to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Scottish Rite. They go to the Aflac Blood Disorder and Cancer floor of the hospital for kids that are really sick. Please tag everybody in this video! It will be a beautiful day on Sunday so come out and see us!! Last year we raised over $2,000 and are trying hard to beat that this year. If you are unable to come out, but would still like to donate here is my Venmo and PayPal information.

Breakfast with Santa is almost here!! THIS SATURDAY Dec 2nd 8am to 12pm RAIN OR SHINE. Spread the cheer and bring a new unwrapped toy to benefit a child in need. This year, all toy donations will benefit children in need from our very own Suwanee Elementary School. Can’t wait to see everyone there!

Message from one of our own:

My name is Brodie Mullin. I’m in 11th grade at North Gwinnett High School and live in the MorningView Subdivision.

I have been performing on stage most of my life as either an actor, dancer, or singer. I released a music video a few years ago and was bullied. Adults and kids wrote horrible comments on YouTube. I researched why and found it was because they are hurting and in a bad place. I wrote a song called, “Warrior.” It’s about being kind to everyone even if we don't look like them or have the same views and beliefs. I also sing about being an upstander or ally to stop bullying and to let victims know to focus on supporters, follow their dreams, and not to let anyone stand in the way of their destiny. I hope the song empowers allies and victims. “Warrior” won Song of the Year at the Atlanta Kidz Choice Awardz.

I continued my music journey writing a hype song called “Bulldog Nation” for my high school and a song for Relay for Life and I have performed this at several cancer research fundraisers.

A few months ago, I started a nonprofit organization called the Warrior Kindness Initiative which allows teachers, counselors, and administrators to apply for grants to implement anti-bullying curriculum and kindness incentives in schools. I hope the lessons will be about breaking down barriers, giving voice to the voiceless, welcoming diversity, empowering the fearful, and creating a culture of kindness and inclusivity.

I’m working with Chipotle right now. They have a fundraiser scheduled for September 30 to support the Warrior Kindness Initiative.
