The Atlanta Humane Society Pet of the Week this week is Diamond.

Diamond is a three-year-old cat with the perfect mix of energetic playfulness and cuddly calmness. She loves to sunbathe by the window and watch the world go by. While she is outgoing and curious when meeting new people, she also enjoys her independent alone time. Diamond will happily let you know when she’s ready to play or when she wants to curl up in your lap. She isn’t a fan of other cats but has lived with dogs before, and she would thrive best in a calm home without young children.

She’s available for adoption now through her foster, and pre-adoption applications can be submitted at atlantahumane.org/adopt-diamond.

The Atlanta Humane Society pet of the Week this week is Boots.

Boots is a curious, friendly, and active cat with plenty of personality and love to share. She was born with Swimmer’s Syndrome, which makes her back legs a little different, but it doesn’t slow her down one bit. She moves and plays just like any other cat. Boots is very social and loves the company of other cats, always hoping to be everyone’s best friend. She’s a big fan of toys, especially anything that moves fast or gives her a good excuse to chase and pounce. Even though she’s full of energy and loves to play, Boots also enjoys quiet moments to relax and recharge.
