Forget Me Not Creations Forget Me Not Creations makes custom collars, and leashes for your pet. We can also make belts and Forget Me Not Creations was inspired by my own 3 dogs.

My goal is to provide quality, custom collars, leashes, belts and key chains. All Collars are triple-stitched for extra strength. I use heavy weight nylon webbing, that is made in the USA. The nylon is soft and pliable, yet very strong. Hardware:
Nickel plated steel, heavy-welded d-rings
YKK brand plastic wide-mouth tri-glides (for adjusting length)
YKK brand heavy duty, contoured side release buc
