Forget Me Not Creations makes custom collars, and leashes for your pet. We can also make belts and Forget Me Not Creations was inspired by my own 3 dogs.

My goal is to provide quality, custom collars, leashes, belts and key chains. All Collars are triple-stitched for extra strength. I use heavy weight nylon webbing, that is made in the USA. The nylon is soft and pliable, yet very strong. Hardware:
Nickel plated steel, heavy-welded d-rings
YKK brand plastic wide-mouth tri-glides (for adjusting length)
YKK brand heavy duty, contoured side release buc
