Fast Friends Doggy Daycare Fast Friends is a fun place for dogs! Daycare, Boarding and Grooming support our adoption mission.

Our Doggy Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming services are open to all breeds. Proceeds go directly to support our nonprofit mission: educating the public about retired racing Greyhounds and sighthounds from around the world as well as finding responsible, loving homes for them.

* Doggy Daycare
Running Monday through Friday, Doggy Daycare gives your pup exercise, mental stimulation, and socializatio

n with both people and other dogs. An excellent alternative to crating a stressed or bored dog that becomes destructive during the day, your dog will be happier and healthier after a day of exercise and play.

* Overnight Boarding
Give your dog a safe and stress-free vacation while you're away. We have staff on the premises 24/7 to care for your pup and top-of-the-line safety equipment including a sprinkler system and generator that is able to power the entire facility.

* Grooming Salon
From small touch-ups like nail trims and ear cleaning to a full show trim, the Grooming Salon at Fast Friends will keep your pet looking and feeling their best. While we hope you never need to use them, we also offer de-skunk and flea treatments.

Get ready for good deals that benefit a great cause! Come to Fast Friends for the first Yard Sale & Bake Sale fundraiser of the summer on Saturday, April 12 from 8AM to 2PM for new and gently-used items galore, all donated by our generous local supporters who want their former treasures to help dogs find homes.

There will be something for everyone, plus our famous bake sale table and hot lunch, sodas, and snacks for sale. Make sure you stay until the end for our $1 per bag sale—everything must go!

DO YOU HAVE NEW OR GENTLY-USED ITEMS FOR THE SALE?

If you have items to donate for the sale, please come by any time during open hours. Let the front desk know that you have yard sale donations and we'll help you unload. Please save large items until the day before the sale as we have very limited storage.

Unfortunately, we are not able to pick up donations and cannot take Christmas decorations, electronics, clothing, or items that need cleaning or repair. Please call us at 603-355-1556 with any questions. THANK YOU!

Do you have room in your heart (and on your couch) for a Greyhound? Greyhounds make amazing companions — they are friendly, silly, and of course head-turning! Fast Friends currently has 27 Greyhounds ready for homes, both boys ad girls, with wonderful personalities. All are retired racers from Australia, New Zealand, and the US and range in age from two and a half to eight and a half years old. Is Premium or Standard boarding the best choice for your dog?

PREMIUM boarding is recommended for dogs who thrive on people-time or are stressed by noise or other dogs and includes:
- individual walks and snuggle time with staff
- limited number of quiet 8’ x 10’ suites
- private entrance away from the activity of the rest of the building
- daily photo emailed to you

STANDARD boarding is great for dogs who love to be with other dogs and aren’t sensitive to noise or activity and features:
- frequent turn-outs for potty breaks and fresh air
- spacious 4’ x 6’ or 6’ x 6’ kennels with raised Kuranda beds
- radiant heat flooring

Mud season is here and walking your dog can be a dirty nightmare. Doggy Daycare can be a great solution! Your dog gets enrichment and exercise all day long, with the option to play out in the yard or relax inside on beds and the heated floors. We run five separate concurrent playgroups so there is a play for everyone: boisterous young dogs, mellow senior dogs, and everyone in between.

We are often asked if expressing a**l glands is a service we offer, and yes, our groomer can do that! She will express the exterior a**l glands either alone or as part of a bath or groom.

If your dog is fussing at their backside, they may need a little attention in that area. Ask our groomer to take a quick look when you're dropping off for daycare, she'll be able to let you know if the a**l glands need some extra care.

Diva is such a special girl! She is an Azorean Podengo (from Portugal). She was flown to Fast Friends so that she would have a better chance of adoption here in the US.

Diva is a friendly, affectionate girl who is very playful and funny – she is quite the character! She just loves to get kisses. She has an outgoing and friendly personality. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but very quickly warms up to them. She makes the most adorable noises in the morning when she is wanting attention or waiting for her breakfast.

Diva is learning some basic cues, like “sit” and is a fast learner. She is very food motivated and engages nicely with whoever handles her.

She is always very excited to meet anyone and she loves playing with other dogs during playtime. She would be great company for long walks – she thinks they are the best and loves sniffing everything she finds.

Diva enjoys climbing on top of things such as snow banks, brick walls, etc. There is a specific rock on the walking path at Fast Friends that she just loves to sit on and watch everything around her.

Diva would do well in a moderate to highly active home where she can get all the exercise and attention she needs. She would have no problem adjusting to a busy and active lifestyle.
