**Big Mac Wraps**
**Ingredients:**
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons dehydrated minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 large tortillas or wraps
Lettuce leaves
Sliced dill pickles
Shredded cheddar cheese
Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac sauce
For the Big Mac Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet relish
2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef Patties:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, dehydrated minced onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a patty.
Cook the Beef Patties:
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Big Mac Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet relish, diced dill pickles, white vinegar, sugar, mustard, and paprika until smooth. Set aside.
Assemble the Big Mac Wraps:
Warm the tortillas or wraps according to package instructions to make them pliable.
Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Place a cooked beef patty in the center of the tortilla.
Add Toppings:
Top the beef patty with lettuce leaves, sliced dill pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
Wrap It Up:
Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling.
Fold in the sides tightly towards the center.
Continue rolling the tortilla away from you until completely wrapped.
Serve:
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
Serve the Big Mac Wraps warm, with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
