Mozzarella Stick Onion Rings
Ingredients:
2 large white onions
3 slices mozzarella cheese
2 cups flour (250 g)
5 eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs (230 g)
Oil for frying
Marinara sauce for dipping
Directions:
Preparation: Start by peeling the onions and cutting them into 1-centimeter (Β½ inch) rings. Separate the rings carefully. Next, slice the mozzarella into 4 even strips. Take a smaller onion ring and place it in the center of a larger one. Fill the gap between the rings with the mozzarella strips. For an extra cheesy kick, you can add another layer of cheese. Repeat this process with the remaining onion rings and then freeze them for about 1 hour.
Coating the Rings: Prepare three separate bowls with flour, eggs (beaten), and breadcrumbs. Take each prepared onion ring and coat it first in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, followed by the breadcrumbs. For an extra crispy coating, dip the rings back into the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs one more time. Repeat this process for all the onion rings and then place them back in the freezer.
Frying: Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350˚F (175˚C). Carefully place the coated onion rings into the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown. Be mindful not to fry them for too long, as the cheese may start to ooze out completely.
Serve: Once fried to perfection, remove the onion rings from the oil and drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve these delectable Mozzarella Stick Onion Rings hot with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium. SautΓ© garlic and onion until translucent.
Add mushrooms and spinach; cook until spinach wilts and mushrooms are tender.
In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

**Big Mac Wraps**
**Ingredients:**

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons dehydrated minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 large tortillas or wraps
Lettuce leaves
Sliced dill pickles
Shredded cheddar cheese
Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac sauce
For the Big Mac Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet relish
2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef Patties:

My father-in-law happened to stop by while these were still on the counter and after grabbing one said, "What are these? This is one of the best things I've ever had!
Ingredients:
8 hot dogs
8 string cheese sticks
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1 (15 oz) can chili (with or without beans)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, diced (optional)
Mustard and ketchup for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Lay out the pizza dough on a cutting board and cut it into 8 equal rectangles.
Place a string cheese stick on each hot dog.
Wrap each cheese-topped hot dog with a rectangle of pizza dough. Pinch the seams to seal.
Arrange the wrapped hot dogs seam side down in the baking dish.
Pour the can of chili over and around the wrapped hot dogs in the dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chili.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with diced onion, mustard, and ketchup if desired.

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
8 slices mozzarella cheese
8 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup marinara sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
On each slice of bread, layer a slice of mozzarella cheese, followed by four slices of pepperoni, a dollop of marinara sauce, a pinch of dried oregano, a pinch of garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

EASY FRIED CHEESE BITES
Ingredients
10 oz mozzarella string cheese (or 10 sticks)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
Take out a cutting board and cut your string cheese sticks into bite size pieces.
In a medium sized bowl, add your eggs and whisk to break them up. Add the milk and whisk again to incorporate the two ingredients.
Set aside two additional bowls. Fill one with your flour and the next with your bread crumbs. Place the bowl with your eggs and milk mixture in the middle of that line, so that you now have three bowls in a row (flour, eggs, bread crumbs).
Take one piece of mozzarella. Dip it in the flour, then immediately in the egg mixture. Now, roll your cheese bite around in the bread crumbs. Continue to do this until you have all the pieces of cheese coated. You can place each finished piece on a plate once they are completed.
In a medium sized skillet, heat your vegetable oil (about 2 inches high) to 350 degrees. (To test this, place a wooden spoon handle in the oil. If the bubbles are rolling on the handle, you're ready.)
Pull out a plate and line it with a paper towel.
Add 5-7 pieces into the oil for about 30 seconds. Make sure that you keep them separated so that they don't bond together!
Fry your mozzarella bites until they are golden brown (which should be at that 30 second mark). Using a slotted spoon, remove your pieces from the oil and place them on the paper towels.
Repeat this process with different batches until all of your bites are fried.
Serve immediately with pasta sauce or just eat them by themselves!

How To Make Homemade Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks Recipe
Heat the oven to 425 Fahrenheit.Spread the pizza crust on a baking tray lined with parchment.Mix the melted butter and crushed garlic, then spread evenly over the entire pizza crust.Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the pizza dough. Then sprinkle dried oregano evenly on the face.Before baking, cut the cheese-covered pizza crust into 16 equal rectangles using a pizza cutter or a large knife.Bake for 12 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes slightly golden.Remove from the oven and cut the bread again before serving.

Mozzarella Cheese Sticks please!
Ingredients
6 Mozzarella Sticks
1/2 cup grated dry Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups fried pork rinds
1 tsp Italian seasoning blend
1 egg
2 tsps water
Cut Mozzarella sticks in half cross-wise and set aside
Place egg and water in a small shallow dish or pan. Whisk to mix.
Crush pork rinds with rolling pin or crush in blender. Should make about 1/2 cup pork rind crumbs.
Place Parmesan, crushed pork rinds and Italian seasoning in a shallow baking pan
Dip Mozzarella sticks, one at a time, first in egg wash, then crumbs, then repeat both egg wash and crumbs for second coating.
Set mozzarella on dish or pan that will fit in the freezer.
Freeze for two hours
After two hours: heat oven to 500 degrees.
Working quickly cover a baking pan in parchment or grease it.
Place frozen mozzarella sticks directly from freezer onto pan.
Spray with a light coating of olive oil. (optional)
Bake for 6-8 minutes, just till coating is brown and cheese is warm and soft.
Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce, if desired.
