Lately my groomers have had to stay late (after the salon has closed) due to owners not picking up in a timely fashion. While I understand that things can happen that are out of our control, its imperative that you have reliable back up during those times as late pickups will not be tolerated.
Since this has been happening so often I will be implementing a fee for after hours pickup. The fee will be $15.00 per hour. This is not something I want to do but it isn't fair that my groomers have to stay an hour to 2 hours after the salon has closed, we have families and responsibilities also.

Just to remind everyone our hours are:
Tuesday 8am- 2pm
Wednesday 8am-6pm
Thursday 8am-6pm
Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday 8am-2pm
Closed Sunday and Monday.

Hey everybody!! Look at what our new groomer Michelle did to Kim's dog Ragnar!! Wow she is great at color and creative grooming!! So we will now be offering coloring! If your interested let us know when you making your next grooming appointment! This service does take extra time and the fees will vary. Have a great day!

Hi everyone! Today we will be closing at 6pm and we will reopen on January 2, 2024. I want to thank all of our customers for supporting us. We have been so busy all year and especially this last month. This year has been great and its because of my great team, Steph, Bridgett and Kelly for a short time and of course all of you!! Hi Everyone!! I hope everyone is doing well with all the hustle and bustle of Christmas. I just want to make something aware to everyone. If you are a new customer and you don't show up to your first appointment to the salon you are not welcome back. This has been a policy of mine since I took over the business. It is not fair to my groomers who don't get paid if a dog does not show up. Its also not fair to all the other customers that could not get in for grooming. I hope everyone understands, thank you for listening.
