I know this is a little untimely (had some dental work done), but wanted to post about my weekend at the Lower Michigan Kerry Blue Specialties. First, my Puppy Male Connell’s In The Mick of Time won Best of opposite S*x in Sweeps ( thank you Beth Gloven Hernandez)then he went on to go Winners Dog for a major his first show. Thank you Donna Ernst for recognizing this boy. Then Kyra GCh Connell’s She Got the look went Select bitch and BOB Owner Handler and OH terrier group 1. On Sunday I went Best of Opposite and BOB OH with Ch Connell’s Summer Solstice ( Skye) who went on to get OH Terrier group1. What a thrilling weekend, I was exhausted but also ecstatic.

Ch Connell’s Summer Solstice ( Skye) went Select Bitch and then OH group 3. Today in Canton Ohio. Congratulations to owners Karol and Phil Bortel. This is quite an accomplishment as both handler and dog have been out of the ring for over 8 months. Awesome 👏

Kyra got mail today. She is officially a Grand Champion. That makes 2 out 5 grand champions in this litter with a 3 rd halfway to her Grand. . I think this litter clicked.

Just had to Post this picture of Connell’s In the Mick of Time ( Mick) going Beginner Puppy 4-6 months Terrier group 1 at the St. Louis Speciality. I have never shown a puppy this young but had fun doing so and I think he is so cute. What a ham.
