❤️ Remembering Brian Barczyk: A Legacy of Love ❤️

As we step into a new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on a deeply personal project that I was honored to work on last year—a tribute to Brian Barczyk, a beloved figure in the reptile community whose life and passion touched countless lives.

Brian’s unwavering love for reptiles, his educational content, and the way he openly shared his journey with the world created a ripple effect that will never be forgotten. When his passing became imminent, our community came together in a powerful way, determined to honor his life and legacy.

This led to the creation of A Legacy of Love—a memorial video and photo mosaic project that brought together over 800 images and heartfelt messages from reptile enthusiasts around the world. It was a labor of love, spanning months of editing, composing, and fine-tuning, and it captured the heart of what Brian meant to all of us.

For me, this project was more than just a tribute. It was a journey—one that pushed my creative boundaries and reminded me of the strength of community. Despite the challenges, especially composing an original song while living with deafness, I poured everything into creating something worthy of Brian’s legacy.

Today, I want to re-share that tribute with you all. ❤️ Please take a moment to watch the video and reflect on the love, unity, and inspiration that Brian brought to the world. His legacy lives on in each of us, and by sharing this video, we continue to spread his light.

Over the past 8 months, I dedicated countless hours to curating these photos into not only the photo mosaic but also a video that reflects Brian's profound impact on our lives.

Good evening ,

Well, It has taken basically 7 months to get it done but both the Mosaic as well as the Video Tribute are complete! I want to say thank you to everyone who's been supporting me with this project!

I wanted to reach out to all of you to see how you would like me to release it.

I was thinking of doing a Live Stream this coming Saturday 10/19 @ around 4 pm EDT and playing the video during the live stream and releasing the Full 4k Version on Monday. I would like to try and get as many people as I can to get on the live stream though so I am going to need your help to get the word out.

If you all like this idea please like and share!

If I can get at least 50-100 people who are able to join the live stream this Saturday then that is what I will do.

Otherwise I will just push everything to Monday evening with a live stream at 5:30 PM EDT and publishing the 4k version after the livestream is over.

I wanted to take a miniature to say thank you to everyone who stoppby our tables today at Finger Lakes Reptile & Exotic Show. Overall not a bad day. And had some fun spending tolime with the kangaroos!

I also wanted to extend my appreciation to Tim Bailey, his girlfriend, father and others who helped with the show today!

Had lots of fun and can’t wait for spring!
