PLEASE READ: Every rabbit sale(s) this will be sent to buyer and it will need to be signed at the bottom. That page will be provided.
GENERAL:
~All sales are conducted in accordance with B’Loved Livestock and Rabbitry Sales Policy, regardless of whether the buyer has read it or not. By inquiring about or purchasing a rabbit from B’Loved Livestock and Rabbitry, you are agreeing to comply with this Sales Policy in its entirety.
~This Sales Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
~Brood and pet quality rabbits are offered on a limited basis and posted on my website when available.
~Pet quality rabbits: If at any point in the life of the rabbit, the buyer is no longer able to keep him/her, I require that they notify me. Depending on the situation I may be able to assist in finding the rabbit a new home. For biosecurity reasons I am not always necessarily able to take the rabbit back onto my property for rehoming, but regardless I will endeavor to find the rabbit a suitable new home. If they have been altered (spayed/ neutered) there will NOT be a refund if at a later time the buyer decides something (personality ..etc) is wrong.
~Brood rabbits: If the buyer no longer wishes to keep the rabbit at any point in its life, I ask that they give me the right of first refusal. This is especially important if it was agreed upon at the time of sale.
~I do have a waiting list and usually will be able to notify individuals about available rabbits. If you are interested in a rabbit, feel free to check in from time to time for updates!
~In the best interests of the health and safety of my rabbits, I reserve the right to refuse to sell any rabbit to any person for any reason at any time.
~I reserve the right to terminate any sale for any reason at any time.
CARE:
~Rabbit must be given appropriate housing, nutrition, medical treatment, and humane handling for the entire duration of their life. I strongly advise against housing multiple rabbits together unless previously discussed with buyer.
~Rabbit must never be abandoned, dumped, or surrendered to a shelter or rescue.
~Young children should always be supervised when interacting with the rabbit.
PRICES and PAYMENT:
~Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
~I currently accept cash, Venmo(Family and Friends), or PayPal(Family And Friends). At this time I do not accept any other payment forms. Unless discussed with buyer.
~I will not hold or reserve a rabbit for any person until it has been paid for either in full or 50% down, depending on what is agreed upon. There is a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE payment to hold a rabbit
~Prices are firm and non-negotiable. Pets are all within a range of prices depending on color, breed and s*x. Brood quality rabbits vary in price depending on quality, age, any wins they may have, whether they are proven, and what they have produced.
~The rabbit must be paid for in full before leaving my ownership. Until this time, the rabbit is the property of B’Loved Livestock and Rabbitry.
~A rabbit will only be considered "sold" if it has been paid for in full. No rabbits will be considered "sold" without full payment, unless by prior arrangement.
TRANSPORT:
~Due to my work schedule, I will do my best to work with transporters. This is dealt with on a case-by-case basis depending on the transporter in question and my schedule at the time.
~Buyers are welcome to pick up their animals locally at our off-site meeting spot in either in Syracuse, Johnson, or another agreed upon area.
~ If the buyer does not arrive to pick up the rabbit by the agreed-upon time and does not give what I consider to be reasonable notice, the money and rabbit(s) shall be forfeited.
~I am not to be held responsible for any injury, illness, or death of the rabbit after it leaves my care, as these circumstances are out of my control and rabbits may react negatively to the stress of moving to a new home.
~If a buyer is interested in having a rabbit shipped to them via plane, please contact me to discuss the possibility. Shipping is dealt with on a case by case basis.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
~I do not give refunds, replacements, or exchanges.
~If you ever cannot keep a rabbit you purchased from me, please contact me to offer the rabbit back. At my discretion, I may offer to take the rabbit back and find it a suitable new home. There will be no questions asked, and I do not charge anything for this service.
~If the buyer backs out of a sale after having paid for the rabbit, I will not be able to refund.
QUALITY:
~Brood quality animals must keep their full pedigree names given to them by their original breeder. Buyer understands that this name cannot be changed or altered in any way, nor can the names or information of any of the animals on its pedigree.
~Rabbits are sold as-is. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over the rabbit before purchase. Don't just take my word for it though, look over the animal yourself. I may have missed something, and I don't want you buying something you don't want!
~I will always disclose any known disqualifications on brood quality animals before purchase.
~Pet quality rabbits- if this is per the buyers request to buy the animal at pet price, no pedigree will be given. Due to this I would not recommend showing. I do not offer pedigrees with any pet quality rabbits. Pet quality rabbits are sold under the strict understanding that they will not be used for breeding under any circumstances. This is a rule that I take extremely seriously.
GUARANTEES:
~All rabbits are guaranteed to be healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.
~I cannot guarantee health, show placings, weight, fertility, how well a rabbit will produce, or temperament.
~I guarantee s*x of rabbit to the best of my ability. When picking up the rabbit , please double check the s*x of said rabbit , mistakes happen. Sexing rabbits is not easy and things out of my control can happen.
~Once the rabbit leaves my care, I unfortunately cannot make any health guarantee. This is because rabbits are unpredictable animals by nature. I am not responsible for how the new owner chooses to take care of the rabbit, or any mistakes the buyer makes in the care, handling, and health of the animal. Therefore, I unfortunately cannot make any health guarantee. I do however advise the owner to contact me immediately so we can discuss any issues at hand.
~I am not responsible for any veterinary fees incurred at any point during the life of the animal.
INCLUDED WITH THE RABBIT:
~All brood rabbits come with transition feed and a pedigree at no additional cost.
~Pet quality rabbits come with a free birth certificate, and transition feed.
~Unfortunately, I do not offer boarding for rabbits I have sold. This is because I operate a closed rabbitry and do not want to risk the biosecurity of my herd. The health of my rabbits is extremely important to me, so this is a decision that ensures the safety of your rabbits and my own.
~All of my rabbits come with free lifetime support, and as such buyers are encouraged to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns about their rabbit at any point in the animal's life.
