Today we came together as a team for a heartfelt day of connection and remembrance. Our day began with brunch, where we played games to learn more about one another, shared laughter, and strengthened the bond that makes our team so strong. Later, we honored the memory of our beloved colleague who touched all our lives in such meaningful ways. Moments like these remind us of the importance of support, compassion, and unity.

We’ll always remember Cait for her kindness, dedication, and the joy she brought to everyone around her. May she rest in peace. 💙🤟

‼️REMINDER‼️

Both of our locations will be closed for daycare and training tomorrow, 3/21. This closure will allow our team to spend quality time together, support each other, and celebrate the positive impact our beloved Cait had on all of our lives.

If you had the pleasure of working with Cait and have any memories you would like to share, please feel free to send them to us! If you would like to attend her calling hours, they will be held tomorrow from 4-7pm at Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home - Syracuse (3180 Bellevue Ave, Syracuse, New York).

It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our beloved trainer Cait Kearney. We are truly heartbroken and are grappling to find the right words. This is a huge loss for Cait's family, our Blue Prints family, and the dog training community. Anyone who met her, for even a brief moment, could tell what a kind and fierce soul she was. Her passion, positivity, and vibrant energy are a few things that we are going to miss the most. Her memory will remain with us, and her loss will be profoundly felt.

Life is short; so cherish every moment you have with your loved ones, do what you love, and have fun. 💙

Over the weekend (2/22/25-2/23/25), one of our beloved trainers, Cait, suffered from a seizure and went into cardiac arrest. It was a major cardiac event that resulted in her being put into a medically induced coma. She is fighting for her life and has a long road ahead of her. We are asking for any help that our community can give. Whether it be monetary support or prayers, anything is appreciated during this difficult time. We want to ensure that when she is out of the hospital her and her family doesn't endure any financial stress or hardships. Thank you! 🙏💙
