Oracle can foresee happiness in your future, and maybe some relaxing vibes! Not only do we have Bean-GO on friday and paint night on saturday, but this sunday will be the first of a series of four classes put together by our yoga instructor, Shonna, for a month-long self care event! Being able to love yourself is just as important as loving others! This class is from 5-7pm and is bookable! This session includes:
Choosing to cultivate a positive mindset
Cultivate skills to accept the here and now to create positive change
Explore transformation: what is strong versus what is wrong?
Create a “to be” list and incorporate behavior change techniques
Classic yoga stretches
A cup of tea to wind down the evening
The individual class is $35, if you book all four with the code “mind-body-meow” you not only get a discount, but access to a bonus heart-centered yoga session on sunday 2.16 in the morning for you and a friend! You can reach out to Shonna with any questions through our messages and email!

It's and you know what that means, it's time for our monthly ! As per usual, there's always something going on here!
We have rescheduled our Goodnight Mewn sleepover to SATURDAY 2.22! We've also decided to skip the big breakfast to reduce the cost, so there's that. We would prefer 16+ to be alone, but will consider younger if a parent or guardian is present :) There is no specific structure, bring an activity, we'll have some stuff around to do as well, make friends, keep to yourself...just relax with the cats!
Aubrey has some reservations about all the "love in the air," but another update we have: going forward, FRIDAYS from 3-6pm is Kiddie Kitty Hour! We are offering this for kids between 5-9 years old to earn a Cool Kittens Club badge! Things have been going relatively well on the kids 10 and up front, but we are borrowing this idea from another cat cafe who implemented the same policies around the same time as us and thought it was a reasonable idea!
We are trying out a special self-care series designed completely by our yoga instructor, Shonna! Each Sunday from 5-7pm she will coach different sessions of yoga, meditation, discussions, and more over a cup of tea to help you work toward a positive mindset. Each class is $35, booking all four is $120 (includes a discount and a bonus yoga session on 2.16!)
Pawsome Reads is returning! Check out our pick this month by Al Hess, "Key Lime Sky," an LGBTQ+ and autistic main character, aliens, and pie? Oh, and a mystery. We'll meet on March 1st at 5pm- just book a regular lounge visit!
Make sure you stop by to try some of our awesome specials like Emo Tears, the Peanut Butter Cup, and Blind Date with a Latte! We'll have our annual dumb valentines cookies soon (and we'll even do the white chocolate raspberry latte for valentines weekend)! Check out the website for more info! It's cold, we'll set up our little heated table (the kotatsu!), we can't think of a better way to stay warm than getting cozy with a warm beverage and petting some cats!

One: we are NOT open tomorrow
Two: lunar new year tarot readings on Wednesday!
I realized last week that I forgot to actually change a couple things on the calendar: we are NOT open tomrorow. That is from the December new years eve that I forgot to delete. Please. I just want to clean in peace for a bit.
We will also have Erin offering lunar new year tarot readings all day! Readings start at $10. If youve been feeling off last week, there was a complete planetary alignment on Saturday (my anxiety’s been screaming, hence those weird motivational post its in my story a few days ago). Stop by anytime on Wednesday to hve your cards pulled!

Its yall, we got just a couple of adoption announcements to share! A very exciting #426 to Venus (now Fran) who had been passed over for months, and #427 & #428 to our little twins Yin and Yang! We’re so happy they got to stay together!

Meet our newest residents!
1- Minnie just got in today, shes about 5 years old, was found at an abandoned house with three other siblings, and is very sweet and outgoing
2- Toesies was found confused and alone in a snowbank. Hes maybe 1 1/2 years old, takes a little time to come around, but loves to chat when hes happy
3- Sasha is about 9 months old. She has been continuing her journey to trust humans after a rough start, but enjoys human company when shes comfortable
4- Cider also had a hard start in life and is working on her human trust. She can be timid to start, but playtime can win her heart (along withba couple churu). Shes about 5 months
5- Regina Phalange is around 2 years old. She came from a bad place with her kittens where she was rescued just in time before the house burned down. She can be social when she wants to and loves a good pet and scratch session
We’ll share some adoption announcements soon, but for now, if youd like to meet any lf our 14 residents, book a visit and come say hello!

Its official, we changed our Goodnight Mewn sleepover to Saturday 1.25! Thats NEXT WEEKEND! Join us for some kitty cuddle time, make some friends or just vibe on your own- bring a craft or a book, and then enjoy a little breakfast spread on Sunday morning before starting the day!
Spots are available and limited, if sleeping in a room full if cats sounds like a good time, do it up!
Also, yoga tomorrow morning, yarn club in the afternoon, and monday is now available to boom, i forgot to actually add it to the scheduler 🙃

Our first ever cafe sleepover, Goodnight Mewn, is coming soon! We originally planned it for Sunday 1.26 to monday morning with the idea that we are closed mondays and could just go home after. But. Would it be more idealto have it Saturday 1.25 to sunday morning? Let us know in the comments!

We had a little delay with Colby’s adoption pic since he wound up with a severe upper respiratory before he went home, and then it was easier for him to just go home since his foster and new humans live close together, it wouldve been dumb to drive to the cafe and back. BUT. He is doing FANTASTICAL, he likes to hang with his new little human, and is an excellent supurrvisor to dad-human that works at home.
Alison was our first adoption for 2025! She was only with us for a week! Super sweet and chatty, she was in foster care for almost a year, but now she has a wonderful family to care for her!
We have bigs, we have some littles, and everywhere in between- if you are looking to expand your family with a four legged friend, come say hello to our current residents! Not looking to adopt? Thats okay too, these guys benefit from socialization, and offer healing purrs to those who need them. Thank you as always to our visitors for giving attention to our residents during their transition to their forever homes!

We have no bookings tomorrow, so we'll be watching the weather and potentially taking the day off. The roads were pretty garbage today so thank you to those who came out to visit the residents! Please also keep in mind we are now permitting AGES 10+ in the lounge, so plan accordingly.

Good evening friends! We got a couple questions for you all! (Please also enjoy pics 2-6- 2 and 3 are from Chakai to Neko on Wednesday night, 4, 5, and 6 are our newest residents: Alison, Tarot, and Oracle)
First: did you know we have a monthly newsletter? Cuz we do! It's obviously full of cats, but it also includes a list of our upcoming events and other specials! Plus, we usually include an update from a previous adopter! If you haven't signed up, please hit up the link on our website! It's free, it's literally one email a month (maybe two if we have something super special or just screw something up real bad) and you get a $5 coupon for your next visit!
We're telling you this because our POS basically auto-adds everyone who has ever used a Square terminal before and not everyone wants to hear from us. TL;DR, we're sending out all these emails (and paying for them) for 70% to get ignored/deleted and we want to save a few bucks 🤷‍♀️ So, if you like our nonsense, go do the thing :)

Second: (hopefully you're still reading) we want to know: what do you want to see from us this year? New gift shop stuff (We love to feature local artists or make new things/designs)? Different events? The same events but different times? We can only fit so many cats in the room without stressing them out, so we're doing what we can there! Anything else though, please let us know in the comments below! We want to continue to make things awesome, provide a fun and safe space, and continue to earn your support! Maybe we'll even get it together by the end of the year 🤣
