My name is Jessica, and I’m the proud owner of Paws Play, a unique and personalized dog care service built on a deep passion for animals and years of hands-on experience. As a lifelong dog lover and rescuer, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding and nurturing dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and needs. I’m also the pet parent to three amazing rescue pups—Lyla, Triton, and Queenie—who inspire my

commitment to creating a loving, safe environment for every dog in my care. Paws Play began as a dream to provide dogs with more than just a place to stay—it’s a home away from home, where each pup is treated like family. From adventure-filled daycare outings to personalized boarding services, I’ve built Paws Play to meet the unique needs of every dog and their family. We have been asked to help 3 Golden Retrievers from the Yakima area that have been dumped.
We can't commit our help without fosters willing to help.
It looks like one is around 6 months, 1yr and 5yrs old. 2 boys and 1 girl. All friendly and social!

*courtesy post* This is Luna! And she’s looking for her forever family! She’s about 6-7 months old, great with other dogs and She does well with little kids as young as 5 year-old. We are told she probably shouldn’t be placed in a home with cats because she has a high prey drive. Other than that she is just the sweetest. She has a play-date once a week with one of our former daycare doggos and they have a blast! She’s currently in a foster home in Tacoma. But would love to find her forever home asap!

My Story

Snuggles, that’s why I am here, and well, Lyla. I was working hard to make sure I was giving my little poodle the best life. Then, we took the job at a doggy daycare. She was able to come to work with me and I enjoyed every minute of my day at work. I knew this is what I wanted to do as a career. Working with dogs became my passion. In 2016, I given the time and opportunity to start my own dog sitting business. Starting from my home and working from the ground up. We have come a long way. I have worked hard to give the dogs a fun, cozy and safe place to come play. I strive to provide my clients the best care for their pets because the are not “just dogs” they are members of our family, our children and our lovebugs. The services I offer through paws play aren’t just for you furry companions. How can I make your daily pet parent tasks simpler, I’m here to help you! You as a pet owner have obligations and responsibilities outside side of your home. The doggy-shuttle makes your morning and afternoon commute shorter. Doggy daycare or dog walking gets your puppers out in the fresh air during the day, so when you get home you can relax and enjoy the snuggles! Speaking of snuggles, working hard sometimes means you have to travel for work or you work hard and you want to take a vacation but you can’t always take you doggo or kitty. I can drop-in sure kitty gets snuggles, fed and the box cleaned so they can stay in the comfy place they call home or your doggies come to our place, their “home away from home.” It’s not just about the pets, I’m here to help you enjoy the best parts of owning your pets.
