As of today, 10/26, we will be freezing any new orders. Thanks to the bombardment of chargebacks and claims over the past two months stripping well over $60k from our accounts meant for material and overhead. We have been unable to pay vendors, the tax man, the landlords, and several have now filed suit against us effectively halting operations. I am selling the entirety of my animal collection to try and recover and resume operations, however until that is the case we will not be accepting any new orders. I will also be writing an email newsletter update going into more detail.
As many of you have commented on, the phones are down, we have no internet or phone services at the new location, and I am purely operating from cell phone and home PC. Individual emails, updates, and inquiries will be handled in order received as I have time and spoons. Thanks for your understanding and patience in these rough times.

Being nasty is the wrong way to make me want to help or even communicate with you. We are in the middle of moving and do not have any services hooked back up yet. We do not answer calls, emails, or messages on the weekend unless it's an emergency. Accusations and hate is not helping anyone, yourself, or rest of the customers who are waiting patiently. We fill every order, and have filled thousands to date, this is not fraud, scam, or theft. We are in a hardship.

Little spotlight on a new store opening in the Reno Nevada area. Triforce Exotics came to us for a store setup and man, was it a beast of a project. Not complete yet but here's what he's gotten so far!

If you need store displays or need something custom feel free to reach out. I know we have a much longer lead time than some other PVC companies but I assure you we will fill EVERY order.
