Huxley LOVES his snacks (and honestly, same) 🥗 😋

He's currently in a foster home and his foster says he is a sweet and lovable little guy! Huxley enjoys free roam time where he likes to follow his foster around the house, in case they are prepping some snacks just for him. Apparently, raspberries are his favorite (ridiculously cute 😭 )

Huxley even gets along with the resident cats and small dog in his foster home! He settled in to his foster home quickly and has shown off his affectionate nature since day one.

According to his foster paw-rent, "Huxley has been such a joy to foster. He’s the kind of bunny who makes you smile just by being himself..." 😍

If the doctor has prescribed some joy, Selene is what the script would say 🩺🚑

This lady may ease into relationships, but once she's in, she's ALL in with all the s***k. Between playing together on sunny days and bunny hopping through grass, there's a million ways Selene spreads laughter and cheer. While she may be the essence of “live life to the fullest,” Selene can put on the calm energy when it means making friends with her feline pals.

Just give her time to settle in, and soon you'll have a new best friend that is sure to fill every day with joy and hilarity!

Selene is currently back in the shelter after being in a foster home and here are a few quick points we learned during that time:

🐾 Saturday Happy Tails from Ghost (formerly Pearl)! 🐾

While some things have stayed the same for Ghost (like her status as a sweet, loving Gentle Giant) others have changed in big, beautiful ways… like becoming a road trip queen!

In the beginning, Ghost really struggled being left alone. With time, patience, and commitment, she learned how to be brave at home—and went on to complete Level 1 & 2 Obedience Training and even pass her AKC Canine Good Citizen test. What a star! ⭐️

Since adoption, Ghost has become a true adventure pup, visiting Oregon, California, Nevada, and even going international to Vancouver Island, Canada! From park zoomies to peaceful people-watching, Ghost now lives a life full of love and discovery.

“We love her so much and really couldn’t have asked for a better girl.” 💚

Our new mural, featuring the winners of our Mural Muse Photo Contest, is now complete and we’re absolutely thrilled to share it with our community!

Fergus, Disco Nap, and Archie, three unforgettable pets with big personalities, have been brought to life in vibrant color by talented local artist Saiyare Refaei.

The Mural Muse Photo Contest raised more than $14,000 towards our life saving work that happens daily in our shelter.

Come see the mural in person and celebrate the love, creativity, and community spirit that brought it to life!

Cowboy sends a hearty "Howdy" from his Foster Home 🤠

He's been enjoying laying out in the yard, getting kisses from his foster pawrent's resident dog, and hogging pillows to get the best nap possible!

His foster's describe Cowboy as a sweet, sensitive boy (we love a man who is attuned to his feelings! 😍 ) He also enjoys having a dog pal to play and cuddle together. They also say he is a great companion and a good kisser 😘

So, if you're looking for an affectionate fella who is always ready to go where you go, maybe Cowboy is the one you've been searching for!

Our longest stay pup, Hobart got adopted yesterday!🎉🐶💚

She's giving... Flawless. 😍 Contentment. 😊 Diva. 💃

Our girl Sylvie KNOWS how to live it up in her foster home! She's clearly mastered the art of sunbathing and making herself right at home.

Sylvie was a little unsure of people in the shelter and was in need of some TLC. Thanks to her amazing foster, we've seen her gain weight and grow back her fur 🥰 Sylvie has also revealed her true lover personality in her foster home! After just a week in her foster home, she was being her extremely affectionate and cuddly self.
