Foster or Foster-to-Adopt Lion! 🦁

Lion came to our shelter after receiving a head injury. Our Veterinary Team has been caring for him and monitoring his healing progress since early November, but now he is ready to finish that journey in a home environment!

This sweet, young guy is just the physical embodiment of joy 😄 Lion loves playing with chew toys, getting cuddles, and really just being included. He enjoys bounding about in the yard and checking out the new smells with his powerful nose! After he's done investigating, Lion will bound back to you with a massive smile on his face.

Care Information: Due to the severity of Lion's injury, he is only available for foster or foster-to-adopt at this time until he has been cleared for his surgery. He will also have to be the only pet to reduce any possibility of reinjury or delaying healing time.

We had so much fun last year, we simply HAD to have another Thanksgiving meal for the pets at the shelter! 🍗🎃

Jackie prefers to spend her Sundays on the couch✨🐇

Meet Jackie! She's been hanging out in a foster home and settling into the home life quite nicely.
Jackie has befriended the resident dog and cat in the home and is a litter box pro. She's respectful to the furniture and has grown to love free-roaming her foster home. Jackie would be thrilled to hang out on the couch with you or bring you joy in her silly adventures! She's a bit shy at first but overtime her foster parents have seen her personality blossom.

🐾💚Saturday Happy Tails from Good Girl!💚🐾

Good Girl was adopted during our Clear the Shelters event in August 2025, and she has truly come out of her shell! She started off timid, but now she’s the most playful, outgoing, and wonderfully outspoken girl.

She’s found her perfect home with her family and even with an adorable mini-me, Holly the beagle!

We’re so happy she’s living her best life.
