We love you all!! It is a joy to help you with your pets!!! We really put our heart and soul into it!!! With that being said we must have a tough conversation. After having a few clients this week dealing with this issue, We just want to get everybody on the same sheet of music. One client begged us to leave the matting in their dogs coat to not affect the appearance of the coat. Another told us her husband keeps complaining that the dogs coat does not look like its specific breed cut and is wayyy to short, can we just do the traditional breed specific cut and style? Another explained that he has let the coat go and needs help getting it back to a manageable length so he can get back on track caring for his dog and told us do what ever you have to do to get it there. No matter the case, our dogs did not ask us to bring them into our families. We would never go 8 weeks without brushing our human children's hair.. Our pets should be the same!!! We say this with love and respect but don't want to be looked at as the bad guy, because some people don't ever brush their pets. Although everybody signs this in our waiver I feel like some people never bothered to read what they are signing. This will now be poster size and in plain view in our lobby. Exciting news!!!! Happy spring time!!! Hoorayyy!!! We are in the process of hiring our 4th Breed Groomer/Pet Stylist!!! Right now our books are closed to new clients again as we are busting at the seems and booked out through June and most of July. We look forward to the addition of another member of our grooming family and reopening the books. When we first opened almost 5 years ago, we just prayed the phone would even ring. Taking a big leap of faith to open our own salon was very exciting and scary. We have been so fortunate to have the patrons we have and love every single one of you and your furries!! I keep a note book a mile long of new clients wanting to get on the books. I have to turn down new people every single day but look very forward to welcoming them to salon!!

Unfortunately.. I have to talk about NO CALL/NO SHOWS. We are a schedule based business. When a client NO CALL/NO SHOWS, there is no way to fill that spot in a timely manner and our Groomer is just OUT the time and money for that time spot. We have our own opinions about manners and not having the courtesy to even call, but We'll keep those to ourselves. To protect ourselves we have updated our Policy and is posted in the salon along with having everyone sign it as well. This keeps us all on the same sheet of music. Theses policies insure we are able to better accommodate those clients who value our service and time, along with those who are looking to get on the books. Thanks so much for your understanding and being a part of the 99 Problems But Groom'n Ain't 1 family!!!

Very excited to share this!! We get a lot of requests when customers see our hats or shirts that we wear in the salon, if they can purchase them to wear as well and support Pierce Countie's #1 Very Best Grooming Salon.
