It's Summer time!! Which means babies are in full bloom!! And Kids are home from school! Give a dog a home and ya kid can form a great bond with them! Plus gets everyone outdoors and moving!

Fun Fact: A house cat's bite force is actually enough to break bones!
As many of you know, part of what we do is help critters find homes. We'll last week we picked up 2 cats that needed new homes. (Friends of Feral will be placing them after vetting and altering.) I'm no stranger to getting scratched or bit by animals, but this one is share worthy. One of the cats literally bit through my finger, breaking the knuckle joint, and causing tendon damage. I now have to have surgery to fix the knuckle. I've had to get several shots and am on meds due to not having a clear history for the cats. And despite so many people saying to "Put her down" or something along those lines, we will still be finding them a forever home.

Today, we laid you to rest, it was definitely unconventional for a funeral, but our hearts was so full to see you in every aspect of it. You truly showed Alderson Pride, up to the very end. You was a great friend, and we will miss you dearly! But until we meet again, tear up those streets of gold, and give Heaven some hell. We've got it from here, down here!
