Our Story

Liberty Farms is located in the heart of Midtown just a few short blocks away from Liberty Bar & Restaurant and The Hawthorn. Formerly known as Ripe City, this one acre farm practices strict organic standards and features a diverse offering of heirloom vegetables. Liberty Farms provides the majority of the produce used to The Hawthorn and Liberty Restaurant, allowing us to rotate local, seasonal dishes on our menus. It also grows peppers for a hot sauce program at El Cocinero.
