Due to the potential path and impact of Hurricane Helene, we will begin transporting all pets from our Tallahassee location to our St. Johns at WGV resort. Our teams secured transport vans in anticipation of the storm and we were prepared to move pets safely to our neighboring resort if necessary.

All pet parents of guests moving locations will continue to receive communications through email and text channels with updates. Thank you for your patience as we prepare for this storm.

As a result, we are not accepting new boarding reservations for Tuesday, September 24 through Thursday, September 26. If you currently have a reservation during this time, our team members will be contacting you shortly to discuss options. We will not be accepting day camp guests on Thursday, September 26.
