Southern Bell Quarter Horses

I wanted to become involved with the breeding and raising of great barrel futurity horses. I have trained these horses, and then given them to others to enjoy, ride and win many State and World championships. One gentleman riding a horse I raised and trained won the State and World championship as the oldest rider, and oldest horse to win back- to- back championships. One of the well-known riders

in the Women’s Professional Rodeo, won many championship titles with a horse that I rode and trained; then giving him to her to enjoy and love. My passion is teaching and training whether it be riding for pleasure or competing in the barrel racing industry. There is a great bond between horse and rider and it begins with building trust. This includes not only the importance of caring for your horse, but the knowledge and ability to build that trust between the two of you. Your horse becomes your “best” friend. Terry Bell - Owner
