Today we're highlighting Siteria "Siti" G., senior artist and owner of SitiART Professional Makeup Artistry.

Had the pleasure of supporting my bewski, Miss at her domestic violence awareness fundraiser tonight. So proud of her using her AMAZING platform for a very necessary cause! While there, I also bumped into , a phenomenal hairstylist based in ATL. Been followin’ sis for a minute because of her 👏🏾FLAW-👏🏾LESS lace wigs! Black Women outchea just SHININ’ n’ whatnot! 🖤✨

’s testimony shakes me to my core. The overwhelming discrimination that Black Women face in the beauty service industry is appalling!!

There’s a connection between this treatment, the Immigration Act of 1965 AND the Civil Rights Act of 1964. I’ve done some digging, and I’m going to connect the dots for you to answer the question: “How Did We Get Here?”
