Everything in the new building is complete. My buddy came out Sat. and ran the cables. We put the a/c on its own dedicated circuit so it would not interfere when the other equipment is ramping up.

Taking care of water, feeding and general cleaning is so much easier with the extra room.

Finished getting all the racks, cages and animals into the new building this morning. Still need to finish the conduit and boxes inside before my electrician buddy comes next weekend. Almost there.

Paradise Sunglow female produced by Kathy & Dennis picked this girl up last December. Picked her up to refine some of my sharp blood projects down the road and I believe her to be Jungle as well. Also pictured last is one of my chickens that tried to sabotage the photo shoot 😆.

A lone survivor Roswell from a litter I never posted. Just had her first shed 16 days later. There were 3 other roswells next to this one along with 11 slugs. I lost my records for the pairing due to some unfortunate circumstances. But the dam is a rlt ph snow and the sire was either a Hypo rlt het moonglow or Possible Super Hypo Roswell Possible Marron ph moonglow. But seeing there were 4 supers my guess would be the Roswell.

A update on the progress of the new snake building. Finished doing the spray foam insulation this morning, linoleum flooring the week prior, built a ramp and stapled 1/2" galvanized mesh all around the bottom to keep the dogs, tortoises and other critters from going underneath. Just need to do the rough electrical and some type of a/c (undecided) then it shouldn't be to far off till animals start moving in hopefully before the end of August.

Male Hypo Labyrinth Dh Vpi Leopard. This guy came in last week from Chaz produced by Arthur . Chaz is a solid dude and has high quality boas, he was great to work with. Pictures don't do this animal justice. Can't wait to make Habenero Laby Leopards haha.

Our new building arrived today. We spent a couple weeks preparing for it. Had to level out the back, take down a few fences, a cinder block wall and move a few of our Jeep projects around. Just about everything we do here revolves around our animals day in and day out.

A update on the Labyrinth Leopard litter. All animals are 2 - 3 meals in and have had their second shed. No issues and most have switched over to F/t. I'll be making most of the litter available the first week of June and will make a post. If you messaged me privately I will send a copy of availability and pricing through that system. Came home from work to find our Cape Banded Whithroat (Varanus. A. Albigularus) clutch starting to pip and leave the eggs. Today is 137 days since they were laid (December 25th 2023). Incubated at 85°.

Picked up this amazing Male Labyrinth het Sharp from Kathy and Dennis a few weeks back he just shed out and man is he killer. Kathy and Dennis frequently vend the local shows here in Florida and if you haven't seen there boas or talked to them in person you're missing out! I've picked up 4 boas from them this year 😆, great people with amazing animals!

Labyrinth Leopard litter is almost done shedding out.
Everyone has been labeled and put into individual tubs. All the boas that have shed have been sexed, right now 9 out of 11 are male. I can't remember the last time I had a litter this male heavy.

15 live 3 still 3 slugs. Looks like we hit 2 Laby Leopards. As far as I know no one has made this combo yet, pretty amazing can't wait to see these after they shed.
