Skyy’s story:
Skyy is a 4 year old female spayed domestic shorthair looking for her forever home. She was surrendered by her previous owners in October after having continuous urinary issues, and she was found to have urinary bladder stones. Pebble Creek opened their hearts and performed a cystotomy on her to remove her bladder stones, and she recovered from surgery at a staff member’s home. She is on Hill’s c/d multicare stress, which she will need to be on lifelong to prevent recurrence. She’s been taking gabapentin twice daily to manage stress short term, and she will likely have to be prescribed a long term medication to manage stress and anxiety.
Skyy is a very lovable cat, she loves affection and enjoys snuggling in a lap. She has a goofy personality and she’s vocal when she wants to be. She does well with other cats. She enjoys lounging on the couch for most of the day.
