Had a bit of a scare last nigh with my newly hatched Gonyosoma oxycephalum. I got home to a very sluggish and barely moving animal. I noticed it shed, but only saw a small p**p. As I palpated the snake's body, I felt 2 hard masses going towards the base. My heart sank, because the same thing happened to a pinstripe bp hatchling I purchased a while back and she passed in the night. I managed to massage 2 solid white urite looking masses out then loaded a syringe with Reptiboost and placed the snake in a smaller moist hospital bin last night. This morning I see movement, alertness, and tongue flicks which is a good sign but I know I am not out of the woods until the baby eats and passes a stool/urites on their own....... fingers crossed

Sad news, the little chewy that hatched did not make it, but good news rises from the ashes... 2 perfect chahoua eggs laid and I just found 2 good gargoyle eggs!

1st baby chahoua!!
Poor thing's back legs got stuck and are a little swollen, but it's running around and just ate a little repashy.... fingers crossed it pulls through!!

Welcome Salem to the family!!
She is almost 2 years old and super tame. She came from Red Queen Exotics LLC and I absolutely love her!
I decided to keep her name. Still have to get my own pics of her, but she is on a no touch quarantine for a month.

Mochi x Reaper - due to hatch at the end of this month

Bellatrix x Bellator- due to hatch mid July

I have done research about hatching out eggs in a cluster vs single. I have decided to keep them in a cluster.

I am happy to intoduce Stormbreaker. She is a 6 week old Argus monitor and I am excited to have her. Target training is already going well.

Not a lot of breeding projects this year, as I have a lot of subadults and hatchlings being raised up, but I am excited for this year's breeding groups!!
