Dr. Jackson is a Florida native, raised here in the Tampa Bay area. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. Her education continued at the University of Florida where she earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. Upon graduation, she spent her first years as a small animal Veterinarian in Georgia. Eager to return home to the Tampa area, Dr. Jackson will be joining us here in Tampa Heights, Florida.
Dr. Jackson’s professional interests include preventative care, dentistry and improving the quality of life for our geriatric pets. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys reading, photography and exploring the outdoors. She shares her life’s adventures with her husband Matt, their Belgian Malinois, Riley, and two purr-fect cats, Roo and Bear.
