I think at this point, most people are aware of the illness going around in the dog world. Before I’m a groomer, I am a dog mom myself. Because of that I have implemented the highest standards of cleaning that are possible for my vans since so little is known about the illness as precautionary measure. I’d like to share those with my clients so that you all know that the safety of my own dogs and yours are equally important to me!

First- we are not accepting dogs at this time who have recently visited kennels or day cares.

Second-At the completion of every stop, the entire van is sanitized completely using veterinary grade disinfectants, not once but 2-3 times. This includes every inch of the vans, all tools and equipment, etc. Including the air.
We also spray our clothes, shoes with alcohol between each client. Sanitize our arms and hands. You name it!!

Third: the vans are then steam cleaned with disinfectants.

And lastly- At the end of every day, I’m running ozone UV lights which kills germs and bacteria and viruses/molecules in the air, not just where the light goes, everywhere. By the morning the air returns to breathable air and we start the whole day over again!

Rest assured that Puptown is providing your dogs a clean environment! 💜💜🐾🐾.
