Frankie's Friends helps pets across the USA in need of lifesaving emergency and specialty veterinary care when their families cannot afford the cost of treatment. Frankie’s Friends is a non-profit foundation dedicated to finding cures and saving pets with cancer and other life-threatening conditions. We help save pets’ lives by providing grants to assist with the cost of life-saving or life-enhancing emergency or specialty care for pets whose families cannot afford the full cost of treatment.

Cleo is a 1 year old pug puppy, faced with a life-threatening emergency. She needed surgery to save her life after she started urinating blood. Unfortunately her family on a limited income, was already struggling to pay for their son’s medical care when this pet emergency arose. They didn’t want to surrender Cleo, give her up, or worse…. euthanize her at such a young age simply because they couldn’t afford to pay for this expensive surgery. They were desperate, their funds were depleted, and they needed help to pay for Cleo’s care.

Because of donors like you, Frankie’s Friends was able to help Cleo receive the care she needed to remove the bladder stones and save her life.

HELP! Bailey, a 5 year old maltipoo, needs emergency surgery to save her life TODAY. Unfortunately times are tough right now and her family is unable to afford the cost of treatment. Her mom is disabled and receives SSI and SNAP benefits for 3 kids. She had to borrow money for an Uber to get Bailey to the vet and have her examined. She said, "I don’t even know how I’m going to afford to pay that back. Please help us."

Frankie's Friends will help Bailey with the cost of the care she needs to save her life, but we need your help. Please donate to help save Bailey today.

“We adopted Daisy in July and a few days after bringing her home ended up at the ER vet with suspected PRAA. We have tried to manage her through diet since July but she keeps getting aspiration pneumonia and will not live long if this is not corrected. I met with a surgeon yesterday and the cost of surgery will be a little over $5,000…

For the past few months I have watched my daughters form a bond with this cat knowing we may not have long to spend with her and the sadness that will come from that. We have lost 4 pets in the span of a year due to old age and other medical issues and I cannot bear to watch them go through that loss again so soon. I sincerely appreciate every single person who has stepped in to provide care and assistance for our family.”

We help to save pets’ lives by providing financial assistance towards the cost of life-saving or life-enhancing emergency or specialty veterinary care for pets whose families cannot afford the full cost of treatment. Apply online at www.frankiesfriends.org. Need: Save pets’ lives! Help save the life of a pet whose family cannot afford the cost of medical care. Your gift to Frankie’s Friends assists families who demonstrate substantial financial need and whose pets, with treatment, have a good prognosis for return to a good quality of life. We promote: ● Better treatment of life-threatening diseases ● Better access to advanced veterinary care for pets ● Better support for the families who love them Solution: Frankie’s Friends We fund grants from our Hope funds for emergency and specialty care to treat pets with promising outcomes whose families cannot afford the full cost of care. Shared contributions are also made by the pets’ families and by the hospital and veterinarian treating the pet. We do not fund primary care or preventative care.
