Our honey stand is officially back up and running at the farm. It's been a challenging year for us and the bees, but we're thrilled to announce that they are finally back to producing delicious honey. Agriculture and beekeeping have faced some serious setbacks over the past couple of years, but we're determined to bounce back stronger than ever. We know how much you all love our local honey, and w

e couldn't be more grateful for your support. Speaking of support, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude for the incredible community we have around Tampa Bay. Our honey stand operates on the honor system because we truly believe in the goodness of humanity and the strength of our community. So, when you visit us, you can still find our stand unattended, and we kindly ask you to honor the system and leave the appropriate payment for the honey you choose. Hey good morning friends!

We have some cool news, we are building a bigger and better honey house on the farm this summer ,

But the cost of a big building company is crazy expensive!

I am looking for someone who know masonry and can help us build 8 foot tall walls around a pre-existing concrete foundation pole barn.

If you want to side job, we will pay well so your work will not get unnoticed ! we just can’t pay a big price! But definitely pay good 😊

We have a big cement mixer. I’ll have all the materials. We need the brains and the skills and we will even help.

South Tampa Farm was founded by farmer Marion Lambert nearly 50 years ago and has been a valued local tradition ever since. Come visit us for raw milk, kefir, cottage cheese, butter, yogurt, cream, beet kvass, free-range chicken eggs, pork and beef by the pound, and local honey. Disclaimer: Despite our being in business for over 35 years, the law requires that the sale of our raw, unpasteurized and unhomogenized milk be labeled : For pet consumption only.
