🐾 Turkey, Tinsel & Tiny Dogs: Agility Fun After Thanksgiving!🐾
As we approach the TDAA (Teacup Dog Agility Association) Trials, we want to thank everyone—near and far—who has supported the Dog Training Club of Tampa over the years. Whether you’re a local friend cheering us on or a fellow dog lover from afar, your encouragement means the world. ❤️
📅 Upcoming Trials:
🦃 Nov 29: Serial Trials
🎄 Nov 30 & Dec 1: 2-Day Trial
✨ Dec 21: Final Serial Trial of the Year!
Day-of entries are welcome, so don’t miss your chance to join Precious and her teacup-sized friends on the course! (Some agility experience required.) Whether you’re competing, spectating, or just curious, this is the perfect way to spend your weekend with small or medium-sized dogs.
This year, we’re also celebrating 65 years of bringing dogs and their people together. From agility trials to training classes, DTCT has been a hub for learning, growth, and fun. Thanks to Y'ALL, we’ve come this far!
If you can’t attend, consider donating at DTCT.org/Donations to help us continue providing a space where dogs and their people shine together.

Starting a class at the Dog Training Club of Tampa? I'm Leia, your guide! After my chauffeur drops me off, we head to the potty area and enter through the ramp. Rings 1 and 2 host obedience, rally, conformation, tricks, and more, while Ring 3 is for agility. Stay attentive, avoid distractions and nose-to-nose encounters, and use crates when not training. Proper training ensures safety. Enjoy your class!

A reliable recall is one of the most important safety skills your dog should learn. It is never too early to start teaching this skill. Watch these puppies and their owners putting in the work and making it fun! ❤️👏
