Out of natural instinct, cats hide their symptoms if they are not feeling well. They do this because they cannot seem weak in the wild or they will be prey. While we have domesticated them, there are still some ingrained tendencies that are present and this is one. This is why it is crucial to bring in your feline friend at least once a year for an exam. They may not tell you there is anything wrong until they can't hide it anymore and by then, we may not be able to help.

We know it is hard to get your feline family members here. We get it. We designed our cat room completely away from the other exam rooms so they don't get scared if a dog barks.

We have a separate waiting area and as soon as you get here, we will give you a towel with pheromones infused into it to drape over the cat carrier which helps calm your pet from the time you walk in.

We have enrichment in our feline room to keep them distracted and lots of good yummy treats!

Call us and let us know what your worries are! We can help find a way to make your cats feel safer.
