WARNING! Wow! Just got completely scammed by a local contractor- walked away with $1100.00 and full of excuses. Have to take him to court, he has done the same thing to 4 other people I know. Never presents a contract, doesn’t produce invoicing, or receipts of materials, changes terms over and over, constantly trying to confuse and stress his customers. A real con artist! Takes your money, majes mistakes then makes all kinds of bull crap up to not finish the job, then turns it around on you when you disagree. I mean, at first, this guy carry’s himself well, pretends to be genuine, acts like he wants to be helpful, tells you right off the bat he’s giving you 20% off, throws in promises and DOES NOT DELIVER!!!
Be aware Taos and surrounding towns, this guy is a CON!
