To Our Valued Pet Parents,

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your years of patronage and loyalty to K9s Only Tarzana. Caring for your beloved pets has been an honor and absolute joy for our team, as have the close relationships we have built with you, our pet parents.

With that, we regret to share that K9s Only Tarzana will be closing for business in April of this year. A variety of factors outside of our control, including economic conditions and increasing operating expenses, have contributed to this decision that we do not take lightly.

We will remain open until April 30, 2024. All reservations from now until April 30 will remain scheduled. We encourage you to continue coming for daycare and boarding services until then, and don’t forget to use any loyalty points you may have remaining! If you have any questions about your account or a reservation, please contact our team.

We warmly invite you to visit our K9s Only West LA location, K9s Only - Pet Resort & Dog Daycare conveniently located just off the 405 on the way to LAX from Tarzana, where we offer the same great boarding, daycare, grooming and training services. As a token of our appreciation for your loyalty, Tarzana clients get their first day at K9s Only West LA free of charge! Just make sure to let them know you are a VIP (very important pet parent) who will be coming to them from the K9s Only Tarzana family.

As a lot of you already know, our Tarzana location will be permanently closing on April 30th. Our staff is incredibly sad to say goodbye to all of our doggy friends as we've loved spending time with all of them over the years.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out to us to express condolences and worry about our staff. We love this place just as much as you do but it makes us smile knowing you care!
All reservations made through April 30th will remain in place and we'll be operating at our normal hours. Thank you for trusting us with your furry friends and we hope to keep seeing all of you through the end of April!
