Hello everyone! It is with great sadness I announce I will be a one woman shop moving forward as Amanda has found new business opportunities.
I kindly ask that everyone have patience with scheduling, as I may need to move some appointments and will most certainly book up more quickly.
I unfortunately do not feel comfortable taking new clients at this time as I figure out my scheduling. Only having 1 body in the shop greatly limits how many I can do in a day, so please be patient with me!
I highly recommend booking as many appointments ahead as you can as I cannot guarantee spots, especially when it comes to Christmas time.
Cat grooms (not including just nails) will only be able to be booked on Wednesday evenings moving forward as well.
I am so greatly sorry for the inconvenience and thank you ALL for the patience and patronage! 🐾

Happy Valentines Day everyone!!

Myself and Amanda just wanted to make a quick note to everyone about Saturday appointments. We work 1 Saturday a month for grooms, and Amanda works 1 separate Saturday for bath dogs.

Lately we've been experiencing a lot of no show/last minute cancelations, particularly on Amanda's bath days. Please note moving forward our policy will be that any no show, or repeated last minute cancelations will result in the loss of your Saturday spot.

We also would like to welcome BATH ONLY clients to call the shop at 508-536-1005 if they'd like to be on a waiting list for Saturday appointments. Amanda works the 3rd Saturday of every month and we require either monthly or bimonthly booking for Saturday spots.

Hello everyone! I know this is a bit last minute but we will be doing pet pictures with Santa again on Dec 11 from 9-11am! Just like last year you will be taking your own pictures, we just provide the Santa and the backdrop!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to put a little update here. At this time we cannot accept any new dog groom clients. We can still take cats and bath only dogs!

We are currently booking for the end of June and would like everyone to note we will be off July 1-11th. We will return on the 12th of July.
Saturday appointments are also booked through the end of the year.

We have a cancelation list we can put you on but we suggest everyone make their appointments for the remainder of the year ahead of time to assure you get in!

We appreciate you all so much and are so thankful to be so busy! 🐾

Hello everyone! We are steadily booking out 1-2 weeks so please call ahead for your appointment!

I would also like to note that due to me being the only groomer and having a huge influx of clientele, I will only be able to take new DOODLE clients who either get short haircuts or who maintain a 5 week recurring schedule. Since doodles are a mix breed, their coat can be unpredictable and they tend to get matted fairly easily. I do not offer full body dematting as a service at all, so in order to combat this issue as well as time issues this will be my policy moving forward.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to take a minute to post and talk about my policies.

I am the sole owner, sole groomer, and sole person responsible for making this business run effectively.

In the exactly 7 weeks that I have been open, I have lost OVER THREE THOUSAND dollars in no call no shows, or last minute cancelations that I had no time to fill. I don't know about you guys, but I definitely cannot afford that!

It is imperative that if you need to cancel that you give me enough notice to try and fill that spot. Every. single. day. since I opened I have had at least one no call no show or last minute cancelation. I obviously need to do something different in order to combat this, so if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. I will be doing reminder calls 2 days before in hopes that those who need to cancel have enough time to do so. I TOTALLY understand that stuff happens, but this is getting absurd and I need to put a stop to it now.

I absolutely love my job, I love your pets, and I love having my own business! In order to keep loving and doing all those things, I really need everyone's help to make things run smoothly going forward. If you've read to this point, thank you!!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to see how much interest there would be if I offered a "pictures with Santa" day? We would do 10 minute appointment slots, $10 per slot and we would provide the Santa/background but you would have to take the pictures yourself.

If there is enough interest we would like to do it this Sunday the 12th and the following Sunday the 19th. We could also offer some evening slots if enough people are interested.

If you are definitely interested, please call the shop (508-822-8853) with your preferred day/roughly what time you'd like. Our first slots will be at 9am and we will go as late as necessary. Remember there is only 10 minutes for your slot so if you are late we cannot guarantee that we will still be able to take you!

Happy Monday everyone! I just wanted to reach out and remind everyone that we have gift certificates available! Would make an excellent gift for the upcoming holidays.

Also, I was thinking about starting some small night or weekend classes to teach those interested about how to effectively brush out your dog, or maybe classes on what to expect (grooming wise) when getting a new puppy. Was thinking $40/person for the classes and I will give you a goody bag with a slicker brush, metal comb, and instructions specifically for your type of dog. Is this something people would be interested in?

If so I will be making some sign up sheets to put up at the shop. I would require a non refundable deposit for these classes as I have had an overwhelming number of no call no shows since opening. I will be making a post later with my policies in regards to that.

For those interested, what nights would be good? What kinds of things would you be interested to learn from your groomer? I would love everyone's input! Thank you!
