Unfortunately , I never thought after 40 something years I would have to post this but need too!
Please Note the Following Guidelines that must be followed in order for us to groom your fur baby :
1: All pets have to be dropped off by owners only or document given us permission to groom .
2: A waiver of responsibility must be signed upon exit of our facility stating that your pet was in satisfactory condition upon exiting .
3. We will no longer be accepting any pet that acts very aggressive towards us on our table
4: We do require a 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment . After 3 no shows without a phone call will terminate further grooming appointments .
5: There will be an up charge and longer stay for those pets who come in extremely matted
6: If your in a hurry for your pet to be done fast, your in the wrong place . I will not rush my services ; this is how mistakes happen .
7: Please arrange your appointment accordingly , I can’t work around your dr appts, shopping or other activities
Every pet is different . Some enjoy grooming , others hate it
8: Please don’t come to pick up your dog until your called even if your in the area . It takes time for your pet to settle in after you leave he/she.
9. Calling us to ask if your fur baby is done takes away our time from your pet .
10: All pets must be leashes
11: All pets must be fully vaccinated
12: Please take your baby out to p**p and p*e before grooming , otherwise they will p*el on themselves and we will need to wash them a second time and causes your pet to have to be with us longer

At Paws Above we give each fur baby our undivided attention ! Like children, some need less time and some need lots of time ! Some p**p while being groomed and need to be rewashed and dried or while waiting for their owner urinate and walk over it .
Some decide to p**p and play in it! The phone is ringing , there is a fur baby in the tub screaming because he hates the bath , another fur baby not wanting his nails clipped, another fur baby biting at a cage because he can’t be around other dogs, people calling making appointments , we are wiping down the p*e and picking up p**p at the same time , we are also hoping we are able to use a restroom but can’t because we are trying to finish our haircuts in a safe time !!!
WE DO NOT WORK WITH TIMERS OVER OUR
TABLES, we do not rush the work . We are professionals and believe we must do what’s best for the fur baby and not be timed /rush regarding our services especially during the holiday season !
I will not rush my service and put out sloppy work or risk injuring a fur baby because someone is in a hurry !!
Our place is mot a drive thru !
Please understand the severity and understand that we are so thankful for your patience and to those who cannot wait until you are called, I suggest you book a private appointment with above higher than normal pricing !
I only have two hands and deserve respect and not told I am not doing my job right simply because your fur baby is here for 2 1/2 hour time !
Also. , every fur baby has different needs that may take longer than others such as show clips ,
Matted dogs, long hair dogs who need to be brushed out and dogs who refuse to let us dry ,
