Well the weather didn’t cooperate but that doesn’t mean we don’t still need help😻

Me again! 😻

Kitten season is on fire and we are once again in desperate need of carriers. The cat distribution system comes to a screeching (hissing) halt when we need to move kittens out of overloaded rescues into other rescues who have available fosters and that’s where we are right now.

We are looking for small or medium sized cat carriers. I will gladly arrange pickup or provide a good option for you to drop off somewhere local to you if that works better. If you have one or know of anyone that has one they are no longer using please message me or contact me.

Cinder and his girls have come a long, long way. It’s been such a pleasure watching them get so big and strong, and turn into the tiny little snugglers I knew were hiding inside ❤️

Furget Me Not, located in Southeastern MA is an all volunteer, all foster 501(c)3 non profit rescue dedicated to rescuing and rehoming those who need our help most. They experienced their first full year of success stories in 2023 and I jumped at the chance to help commemorate their first full year by highlighting the adoptions from the year.

Personally I have been involved with this amazing group of people since June of 2023 and loved seeing all the happy faces in this video, and with every transport it makes me more excited for what 2024 has left in store.

Got to spend the afternoon at the dog park with this handsome fellow.

Rupert is approximately 6 months old and the sweetest boy. He didn’t quite like the hunting life and decided lap dog life sounds a lot more fun! He loves other dogs and kids and every human he encounters. He pays you with kisses and loves ear scratches!

He is currently up for adoption and looking for a foster who wants to help show him what lap life is all about.

As most of you have seen with my posts recently I’ve been helping out with a few local rescues, transporting, fostering and supporting however I can.

Now I’m asking for a little help. Kitten season is upon us and we all could use gently used cat carriers to help keep the cat distribution system running like a well oiled machine ❤️

I scroll through marketplace and ask folks that are local and selling carriers for little or no money if they would be willing to donate them to a local rescue or if they’re local if I could come pick them up them up and most times I am pretty lucky!

If you are reading this and you know of any pet loving friends that may have an extra carrier around collecting dust, we would love to get them into our network so we can supply those that have helped us in the past and also keep the machine running smoothly! I will gladly pickup anything local (and you all know how far my “local” reach spans) 😂
