We are continuing to try to work with Google over their “Book Online” button they have injected into Google Search results of our small business. During our last conversation with them, they refused to remove the link. We have told them that we do not offer online appointments. They state they have no way to validate that what we tell them is true. We have asked them to use the link to book an appointment and then call the hospital to see if they have an appointment… or to call the hospital and see if we accept online appointments. Hopefully, they are thinking about doing that.
Again, do not click on the big blue “Book Online” button that shows up in Google Search results. For our business, that takes you to a site that has no owner information. We have no idea who is collecting that data. Google states that we are not allowed to know that information.
