Attention Valued Clients and Friends,

Due to a recent increase in new clients, and increase in grooming appointments requested, it has came to a point that we have made the hard decision to close our appointment books to new clients. if you are interested in becoming a new client, we do have a waitlist that we would love to add you and your pet(s) to, but we can not make any promises on when a new client opening may arise.

We are committed to giving our current clients the utmost attention and care they deserve. It breaks our hearts when we have to book them out too far, or can not accommodate them. As always we do recommend if you are a current client please utilize our pre booking system to ensure you receive the most convenient appointment for you and you pet.

No worries, If your pet has been seen in our salon within the past year you will still have a place in our books.

Good Afternoon!
We just wanted to touch base with everyone we have scheduled for tomorrow. We have had multiple inquiries and at this time, we are planning on being open tomorrow. If for any reason you are hesitant about traveling with your pet in the coming weather, feel free to reach out ASAP. Our staff has added many shifts next week to help accommodate anyone needing to reschedule. As always, you and your pets safety is our number one concern. Hopefully we will see you tomorrow, but feel free to text at ANY time.

WATER WARNING – BOIL ADVISORY

City of Tecumseh lost pressure and contamination may have occurred.

BOIL YOUR WATER BEFORE USING
Due to a drop in pressure in the City of Tecumseh water supply, bacterial contamination may have occurred in the water system. Bacteria are generally not harmful and are common throughout our environment. Corrective measures are currently being undertaken to correct the situation.

The boil advisory is out of caution and recommendation by the State of Michigan due to a low water pressure issue that began on January 12.

What should I do?
DO NOT DRINK THE WATER WITHOUT BOILING IT FIRST. Bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and preparing food. Boiling kills bacteria and other organisms in the water. Continue using boiled or bottled water until further notice.

(Estimated end of Advisory is Tuesday, January 14 by noon)

What happened? What is being done?
These precautionary actions are being taken due to the loss of water pressure in the water distribution system caused by a Low-Pressure System Warning and multiple Water Main Breaks on January 12. Whenever a water system loses pressure for any significant length of time, precautionary measures are recommended.

We have laughed when you shared the multiple stories of your pets many shenanigans, and grown with your puppies.
